I am looking for the name of the grease that is very silky and smooth, grey in color. It is inside my power window motors where the gear is, and a small packet is supplied with new plastic gear, but not labeled. I would like to clean out the tracks on all four and re-lube with this stuff as I believe it is better than bearing grease, which I have used before. I guess the bearing grease requires some heat to work best, and in the winter really hardens up. Anyone know what the grease I am describing is called? Thanks.

Facts are stubborn things.

I use "Door Ease" . It comes in a 4" tube. You should be able to get it at your local parts store.
