Well that explains why I didn't see it my pops had quit racing by the time anybody had went that fast. The last race I remember my pops going to was bristol in 01 or 02 I can't remember. I do remember Bill had just put the 600" motor in the avenger. I'll have to call and see if he remembers when that was.
2005 was when Markuwics ran St. Louis. Prock and Monty were tuning. Monte had the chassis working really well. Bill ran Bristol with the 600" the last year O'mally was involved, 03', I think. Let's see Dale ran the deal in 05' the last year of it. Dan Dye 04'. Hit and miss in 03' believe that was the year at Bristol.
