I havent put mine on the engine yet but I'm set up
for EGTs to get the balance right.... I sorta set that
on the back burner for now... but at least that style
of manifold is easy to pull off the engine and make
changes then bolt back on..... nice job

Old but good post. So, since we have Brett here, I would like to see the new chamber work to improve flame travel posted here too. As well as some A-B comparison data. It's arguably, a better place to market that stuff. Either way good work again Brett.

I guess his stuff is ok. LOL. I wish I had a manifold like that on my heap. My last big Shadydell mistake is the intake I still have.....probably only holding me back another 25hp.

I use 2 flute cutters on alum and tootsie roll sanders
to finish it.... 4 flute on iron
EDIT
I have about 8, 6" long assorted cutters and 1, 12" long
and 1/2 dozen 6" long sanding arbors for the tootsie rolls
