hemi-itis OP I Live Here Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 12,587 Great Neck,LI,new york	I just redid my trunk and used Duplicolor splatter paint and there's almost no speckles in the finished product.When I was shopping for the paint,I found Duplicolor & Plasikote.The Plasikote required a clearcoat,the duplicolor did not.What have you folks used to paint your trunks and what kind of result did you get?? I went with the black with grey,but it just looks black 7253637-6.15.12018.jpg (134 downloads) HEMI-ITIS has no cure. My condition is fully BLOWN!!

lewtot184 master L Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 3,916 usa	i used the eastwood stuff in my 65 coronet. not a lot of "splatter" and needed a clear coat. its ok for my car but wouldn't look right in a full resto. i don't think the chrysler splatter is available. we have to "take" the gm stuff.

70HemiGTX top fuel 7 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 2,360 PA	It comes in quart and/or possibly pints. You spray it in your gun. Makes a real mess. But it is nice in the end. Look up Zolatone and you should find it.
