I use A LOT of clothespins to hold it in place while the glue dries. Just don't do it on laundry day, or things might get ugly around the house. Either that, or she'll make you do the laundry when you're done with them.

We don't use them at home but I bought a set for peanuts, I got some sprung wooden ones...
