UPS came today with my new Jesel Belt set up and my rods came back from GRP. Rods look pretty good. When I sent them, I was sure I would be replacing at least 4 of them. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I can now only see damage to two rods....like the damage to the others simply disapperaed. The damage to the two are limited to rods #3 & #4, but it appears much more minor than I remember it. Now for Jesel.....where are the directions? Lots of $$ to find no directions in the box. No directions on the web site either for this part number. Does anyone have the directions from Jesel that they could scan since they are closed? Anyway, here are the obligatory pictures.

Looks good. That belt drive doesn't look to be that hard to install, as far as putting the cam where it should be. Kinda like a gear drive bb plate install. But you would think it would have directions, just for the run out and other issue tips. You can compare with these instructions on a donovan set up. Maybe it would help you. It's simular since the cam timing will be set to crank position.
It is pretty intuitive, but the cam drive hub and retainer plate set up are a little mysterious. I also don't know how cam end play is adjusted since there are no shims included. The rest of the install seems pretty straight forward. Just surprised there are no directions.

There should be shims and the directions are probably packed with them, sounds like not everything got put in the box .

I expected there to be shims, but not a single piece of paper in the box...ie packing list and directions.

unless they've change something the end play is set with shims. be forewarned you could shave with the ones i dealt with, i opened up my finger big time putting a coat of sealer on them. i assume they're still using the teflon seal which they want dry on assembly
I think I am probably missing some items then.I will check their site again as there might be a parts list there.
