i'm looking to purchase a complete small block and was wondering who has the best prices on small blocks? i'm not looking for a racing motor, just one i can hop in start and drive anywhere.

if you really want a crate motor..try troy at westoak dodge in southern cal...or call glendora dodge.

also jegs has a blueprint series on engines that they sell...

Do you want a SCEAMING deal? I can hook you up with a guy who has over 15K in a pump gas friendly, iron W2 headed, resto block based 358 stroker using an old Kellog Nacar crank, eagle rods, and Diamond pistons, just dynoed at just a tad under 500HP and a torque curve as flat as a table. He's getting divorced and needs to sell his project. He needs 8K for it, just dynoed a week ago.

and there is a guy here in the engines section that has a 5.9 crate motor for 3k. Been trying to move it almost a year now.

If you carb it, I might take that intake off your hands.
