Going to a local garage to get a alignment on my 65 Coronet, the owner said he is going to make me do all the adjustments.Just wondering if there is any special tools I may need to adjust the cam bolts.

nope. don't remember the size off hand, but just a regular socket or wrench.

one side loosens it, the other side does the adjusting.

I try to put them in so the adjust is in the wheel well for both.

The adjusting cams are just a 3/4 inch wrench-socket. A half moon wrench makes things easier, but not necessary .depending on vehicle- 5/16 socket/nut driver too remove access plates.tie rods have a special adjusting tool.but if everything is somewhat fresh/new. a pair of channel pliers will work fine.
<<set tire pressure first
>>set ride height
>>set camber/caster making both sides equal is important. Radial tires about 0 deg camber.caster as positive you can.most likely/hopefully it will be in the 1.5-2 deg positive range.
set the steering wheel straight install holder, set toe. again equal side to side.
I have found this procedure to work well.: Set the rear cam all the way in/neg.(big fat end out)then fine tune the front adjustment to get the readings you want. Good luck
