That number is a casting number and not a part number. I'm not sure if it's a 360-specific wheel or a neutral balanced wheel that was sometimes factory drilled for 360 use. A good number of them came behind 360s in trucks. It probably won't fit in your bellhousing because it is the larger diameter wheel, 143 teeth.
If I am correct in my guessing I'd suggest buying a new billet 130 tooth neutral balance flywheel. One is available from
www.440source.com for $99.95. Keep in mind that the crank flange is the same for big and small blocks, so even though it's listed for 440 use it will also work on your steel crank 340.
http://store.440source.com/1045-Billet-Steel-Flywheel-New/productinfo/113-1014/The statement "works for 10.5" clutch only" should really be works for 10.5/10.95" clutch only.
In the MOPAR world, the smaller 130T flywheel uses the 10.5" clutch but sometime in there they found a way to squeeze a 10.95" disk within the bolt pattern for a 10.5" pressure plate. If the clutch is listed as an 11" it most likely uses an 11" pressure plate that goes on the larger 143 tooth flywheel. This pressure plate uses a larger bolt circle to attach to the flywheel.
