Ok, here is my dillema. I want to run a factory mopar style disc brake set up on my car with 10 inch rear drums and a 1969 B body manual master cylinder. Is there any simple type swap that I can do to make that happen? Im ok with running a 1970 and newer spindle, rotor and caliper set up. The issue is that I have to run a 1969 B body manual master cylinder for sure. Any help would be great

I dont have a problem running a body knuckles, calipers and rotors. The issue is maintaining the correct looking master cylinder.

When I first got my SSBC front disc kit to replace my manual drum brakes, it came with what I believe was an A body disc master. Ran the car with this for a while till I upgraded to the correct Bendix power booster & master...

Was a '66-70 B-body even available with manual discs?
Not as far as I know,,,at least not between 1967 and 1971
The only available manual disc brake car was A-bodies

What I did was use the rotors, calipers, and lower control arms from a 70 B body. It uses a different sway bar and mount so the calipers don't interfere with outer mounts of the sway bar.
You need to use a master cylinder without the residual valve. I used the newer style Mopar master cylinder (the flat one, not the angled one)
