I have a bellhousing with a PN 2468370. Brewers lists it as a '65 B/C body bellhousing. Would this work for my '67 B body? If not what will be the issue.

Yes it will work, 130 tooth wheel and 4.35 bearing retainer hole. The only issue MAY be the attachment of the Z bar.

Yep. Will work no problem. Ballstud will screw in lower of the 2 holes. You might have to change fork pivot depending on what it origanlly came out of. Dan

Alright that is what I was worried about, where might I run into an issue? Is the bracket on the frame in the same location relative to the bell housing on '65 and '66/'67?

No idea on bracket location, but rapidfire above said it will work.
