I have a 71 Satellite with 2 speed wipers and need a new wiper motor. What other vehicles can I pull one from because I cant find one anywhere. None of the parts stores, rockauto, ebay, no one has any. So Im curious as to if I can pull one from any vehicles other than other early 70's cars? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

69-71 c , 70-71 e, 71 b The plug on top of the motor will have 1 brass terminal indicating how it parks.

So I have found all the ones in the following links on ebay, and none of them will fit right? And the only difference between the motors is where the wipers park, or do they have a different swing radius? If there is one that I could get to work and function well, I'd be fine with that.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-SPEED-WIPER-MO...=item588f0c53e1

What about this one? Its says 71-74 b bodies in the heading but only says 73-74 in the vehicle compatability section. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Speed-Wiper-Mo...=item27c0db6639

Found this one ( http://www.ebay.com/itm/NOS-MOPAR-1969-7...=item35b5e64079 ), right part# and everything but they want $275 crazy

Again, Im not looking for a "correct" part, just one that will work with my application, wouldn't mind if the parking was a little off, or it didn't quite swing the arms as far as normal, if that makes sense. Dont wanna dump that kind of coin on a doggone wiper motor.

thanks

I have one that was rebuilt and used for some months then put away. (out of a 71 B). I changed to a 3 speed. Let me know what you are willing to pay, maybe we can make a deal.

See attached, write me if it looks good.

Looks good to me, you have a PM coming your way. I was also wondering about switching to a 3 speed motor. What else is it necessary to change? Linkage, electrical connectors, wiper control switch? Can you just plug in a 3 speed motor and keep everything else hooked up like a 2 speed, and just have it serve as a two speed since theres only 2 speeds on the control switch?

Thanks
