when i made my passenger side six way i flipped those brackets to make it.
the rivets are shoulder type rivets. now the part that gets rolled over is starting to loosen. just grind off the rivet head, put the rivet back in the proper place and re-weld the rivet area you just ground off.

thanks for response...passenger six way seat thats interesting,, id rather replace the rivets if possible,,plus once i drill rivet the hole may be oval shaped shaped also so might need a bushing or larger diameter rivet possibly,,,are these rivets available? or any other rivet that will hold up.

i didn't drill out my rivets. i ground the small head of the rivet and used a hammer and punch to drive out the rivet. when i replaced them i welded the small end to the bracket.
i don't think new rivets are available. you might find a shoulder bolt to fit. or maybe use a regular bolt with a bushing.

Sorry for being O/T, but didn't someone mod a six-way seat to fit the passenger side?
