Gonna make up a set of spacers up to adapt a 420 to a tall deck.. was just gonna make them from aluminum, but thinking about phelnolic or other plastics. Anyone wanna add their ?

I would think phenolic would work just fine but I doubt it would make any difference over aluminum. Not sure about expansion rates and if that would really matter. If it were me I'd use aluminum just for ease of availability and compatible expansion rates.
