anyone use these. It says it moves the head up for better intake valve flow.

i already did that. Just wondering if this actually gives the valve more clearance on the cylinder to improve flow.

One of the blueprint things you can do is verify that the cylinder head is centered on the cylinder by mounting the head on the block with no crankshaft or pistons and rods in it and mark the cylinder diameter against the combustion chamber and then decide if you need to or want to move the head around on the cylinders (all four on that bank ) Castings vary Let us know what you find

To move the head enough to make a difference you would have to ream the head bolt holes to be able to bolt the head down after you moved it.

Getting old just means you were smarter than some and luckier than others.

Just do it. you may need to clearance the head bolt hole or not. will have to enlarge both the dowel hole in the head and block. very useful if you have big valves on a small bore. Like I am building. 2.25 intake on a 4.35 bore.
Realisticaly you might pick up a few CFM of flow.
if anything.... it wont hurt, for $12
