You won't gain anything from the electric fuel pump unless your old mechanical pump was in real bad shape.
The water pump should drop a tenth or so in the 1/4 mile, if you were also previously running an electric fan. If you're removing a belt driven fan AND water pump, then I'd expect .2 to .25 ET reduction. Not sure on the underdrive pulley, but I wouldn't expect much.
