What is the best way to ahjust my valve lash on a hyd. roller cam in my magnum motor. It has Edelbrock heads, 1.7 rockers, .501/.512 hyd roller cam. Should I adjust them hot or cold?

The best time is cold when you assemble the motor with intake manifold off. Only have to do it once and then forget about it.

Really can't do it right with the intake in place, got to be able to see the plunger in the lifter.

Good luck with those 1.7 rockers, better make sure the geometry is right.

Why 1.7 rockers? What's wrong with 1.5 which the heads were designed for?
