For all u DIY'ers ever use them?I'm thinking of investing in a couple(1 5/8,1 1/4) of them, seems a little expensive but i think there r worth the price considering the time save trying to fit joints I've once seen this episode on the Power block tv were they used a piece of cardboard trimmed as a template to form a joint anyone ever did this............Thax

I like to use Zig Zag 1 1/2 to form my joints.

Sorry couldn't resist...

I've used PVC tubing to layout headers but most of
the time I dont use anything... just trial fit and
grind... the big thing is to have the right tools...
I have multiple different grinding machines so I can
make clean joints

Save your cash for header bends and flanges.

I used two hose clamps and some scrap alum. It works nice. Gives you a nice window to weld before you unclamp and finish weld. Two strips of alum. one on each side of the pipe.

I made up four sets so I could fab a hole pipe then move to the next.
