Just finishing up 66 hemi Coronet, not sure about which hose goes where. There are two hoses, both 5/8" but have different part #,
one is 2277751 and other is 1527532. Seems like I remember them crossing over each other near the alternator? Any help is appreciated.

HI

1 of these #s is the same as the 1969 cars ive researched

1605534 83044 hose is the outlet hose
and the 1527532 83044 is always the inlet hose

the 532 hose goes on the heater hose nipple closest to the engine block

I asked a friend at Chrysler, his suggestion was that the "even" part # was for the RH hose, and the "odd" # was for the left hose? He was not at Chrysler back then, just there now.

that holds true with most parts,
but not in reference to the heater hoses,
as both hoses in 1969 end with an even number

Thanks for the info, now I have something to go by. I'd like to get a photo of an untouched 66 to verify it for my year, maybe someday I'll run across a low miler. Your help is appreciated.

Wasn't there a thread about a low miler in the midwest that a flipper was chasing for 20 some odd year that he finally got his hands on?
