Was Rallye Red used only on certain models?

No it was a common color available on all models throughout the years.

Well, yes & no.

As one example, for the 1970 model year, Dodge called it Bright Red. Chrysler & Plymouth called it Rallye Red.

Regardless of name, the paint code was FE5 & the paint itself was the same formula.
