What color is the bumper jack for a 1971 'Cuda? Is it gray like the 1970 or is it black?

I'd say 99% were grey, but my base and hook were black, that's how I restored it - took pics of it before and after - my

Mine are black but I also have a 1978 spare tire rim so I can not say that my jack was original. It is the right kind of jack with square tube type. Just wanted to get it right.

Was yours a 1971 'Cuda? What month was it made? Mine was built on 07/09/71. Just wondering if the manufacture date made any difference.

mine is not original to the car, it has a Oct. 70 date code (if I remember right) - not really accessible right now, need to check pics which are on another computer
