Run it out the back door
Couldn't fall out of a tree
Had a couple in the bank
Took the stripe
Gave the stipe
Fell asleep at the tree
Mowed the tree down
Just to name a few

"Layed down a good run" - Good et, first to finish line. "Cut the tree" - Great 60ft time, great reaction time. "Smoked the tires" - Tire spin while leaving the line. "Bulls-Eye" - Double 00 reaction time. "Lifted" - Off the throttle before finish line/traps area. "Top End charge" - Strong acceleration in upper RPM range in high gear, driving towards finish line. "Big end" - Finish line/timer area. "Fell off the Trailer" - Made a good et./60ft times on 1st pass (with a towed race vehicle). "Put on the Trailer" - Lost race(s) or rounds, (usually for towed race vehicles). "Traps" - timers before finish line (MPH/et) "Sneakers" - Slicks. "Holeshot" - Leaving starting line first, due BETTER reaction time but have slower et. "Shutdown" - To slow vehicle down after finish line by idling/shutting motor off in neutral and braking. OR - Defeating or losing to current champ of street racing and/or class racing at the strip. "Red Light Bandit" - nickname dubbed to one of the most famous Pro Stock legends, Mr. Bill Bagshaw. He has been known for his lightning-quick reaction times off the start. Upset a lot of racers with his "holeshots" and "tree-cutting"!!

I always like Mike Dunn's statement about really low (0.00X) reaction times..."He just did a lousy job of red-lighting".

Most terms I have heard are rated "R" So here are a few rated pg.
"Running Fat" (Fuel to rich) "Going to Spank him" (whatever you think it means) "Smack Down" (Lonnie knows best) "Bitchen run" (Great Run) "Double breakout" Both lying about your cars performance. "Hung Over" (hanging out in the Mopar Mafia Racing pits) "Put a foot in it" (Mash the gas) "One in the Bag" (First Round Winner) "Done for the Night" (Motor Blown up) "Check my Pants" (got sideways) "Put Her on the Wall" (Bad News)

"Crop Dusting" - smoking or oiling the whole track.
"Crop Duster" - Harley's (old saying that sometimes still applies).
"Work Boots" - Slicks
"Beached Whale" - Chevy in the sand traps.
"Tot Lot" - 1/8 Mile track
"Full Pull" - A pass made by a slow car that is uncapped and sounds like a tractor.
"Cake Timer" - Throttle stop controller.
"Sleepy Pro" - Footbraker's (Pro class) nickname for the electronics class.

I'm pregnant again...You better sell that good for nothing car of yours this time around. I'm tired of breast feeding and washing cloth diapers to save money only to have you put it in the car. I want Pablem and Pampers this time around.
