Finally got the car up and running. Pulls hard first 30 feet dies out , comes right back then pulls hard through all the gears. You can tell it initially runs out of fuel.I am running an aeromotive A1000 pump # 10 line to pump with a 100micron filter before pump. Feeds off a sump in the tank. # 10 to the front with a 40 micron filter between pump and fuel log. # 10 from fuel log to bypass regulator, #8 line from regulator to tank. Set up as aeromotive wanted it. 1050 dominator 8896 converted to a 2 circuit with BLP blocks. Has rear jet extensions. Fuel level set to bottom of level plugs. Fuel psi set at 6 psi. Just does it starting from dead stop full throttle. Hooks hard and no hesitation on launch. I have not run a fuel pressure guage to dash yet which I know I need to do but it only does it at the first 30 feet or so.

that is what that other circuit was for that you deleted. try a smaller squirter, it will make the pump shot last longer

Get the gauge.... what needle and seats... are you
foot braking or trans brake... I had a similar thing
and it was way lean on jetting

Mike I will move the guage in the car before I go any further. Not sure on the needle size, they are what came with the carb. I will get an accurate pressure reading and report back, I am suspecting fuel pressure may be dropping at the launch. I am footbraking it. Sixpack I have played with the squirters, it picks up and pulls hard initially.

Check the needles and seat sizes, both front and rear One of my Dominator had a .110 in the back and a .120 in the front, of course I originally only check the front All the olders ones I have, 9375 non HP had .110 front and back, the newer 9375 -2 HP had one and one You might want to check the alignment on the needle and seat window, make sure they are pointed, aligned to get the max flow out of them into the float bowls Fuel delivery gremlins are h--- to find and diagnose correctly Lots of ways to slow our cars down
