Do the shaker setups require a unigue air cleaner lid or filter? Does a typical six pack air cleaner (or hemi for a 2-four-barrel hemi) lid fit?

Same lid and filter for six pack and hemi shakers. Only the fiberglass hood cars got a unique oval lid with wide lip. Four-barrel shakers got a round filter and lid.

No, for an e-body SHAKER there is:
one 2x4bbl HEMI lid (same as all other oval '69-'71 HEMI, except for T/A hood HEMI Challenger R/T)
one 3x2bbl 440+6 lid (same as all other oval 440+6, except for fiberglass hood * A12, A53, N94)
one 4bbl 340, 383, 440 lid (same as all other round '70-'71 N96 cars, B&E-body)
