Just had my K-member and Rear end housing vatted and sand blasted. Will be painting with Extreme Chassis black. Should I prime these pieces first? Expoxy primer ok?

I have used Extreme chassis black a bunch of times now, and just use it over bare steel.

Once it dries, it is like a rock

(over freshly sandblasted steel as well)

If you check the directions, it is not recommended to be used over primer from memory as it is

Here is how mine came out by the way...

And after drying (oh, and with the upper control arms on too..)

Once it cured for a couple days, it is extremely tough! (and that is the extreme stuff right over the bare blasted metal)

looks nice! I ordered the paint but will not have for a few days. Does it spray straight or do you thin?

No primer it is then. Thanks!
