So on the way home, all I heard from him was "So Dad.. when are you going to win?" Yeah yeah yeah.. he really rubbed it in that he was able to take home a pay check and I havent yet.. lol Seriously, I'm proud of my son.. he was able to keep his cool and put some rounds down today.. 73 Duster 360 stroker http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2594657

I run 10.0 with my big block.... He goes 9.8 with a small block no less. Lesson here is you need to man up and show him who's boss!! Congrats on the WIN!! Btw Don my last win was in my dads car with him by my side at his home track. Great times!!

I know exactly how you feel, my son just won the points series at Norwalk for 8.90 jr dragster and is the season champion. He has been busting my butt about at-least getting a trophy this year, he has three event wins, one R/U, and a semi and he got a Wally this year to boot. I've been lucky to make it a few rounds but I loved every minute of this year. Tell him nice work! Eric

It's all good...Steve is a good guy! I even remember when that 55 of his was nice! Well, nicER... And Cliff in the Arrow. Comes in makes no time runs, puts 8.60 on the window, runs the number...and goes to the final.
