GI Moparman OP enthusiast G Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 313 south central nebraska	Can anyone give me the dimensions i need to put a mirror on the pass door on a 68 gtx? I mean as far as where to put the holes to mount one. my car never came with one and i want to add one. THanks

6bblgt I Live Here Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 17,513 Las Vegas, NV	The b-body passenger side mirror was a pretty "rare" seldom seen OPTION in '68. The factory passenger side mirror was always manual, but was a different style based on the driver's side mirror (remote or manual). If you put it the same place dimensionally mirrored from a correctly placed driver's side, the vent window post will not obstruct the mirror.

LimeliteAero master L Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 6,583 SE Pa.	I put a passenger side mirror on the R/T in the same place on the door as the drivers side mirror and find the mirror almost useless, it sure looks good with twin mirrors but dont expect to find it very useful.
