They work great as long as you buy the set he has made for your car, not all springs are created equal. In other words don't buy a used set for a SB automatic car and expect them to work on a BB 4 speed car
I know several NHRA stock class racers that have used his on several different cars or with different class motors in the same cars and then treid CalTracs or Drearers bars like CalTracs and the cars did not pick up anything except extra weight
That was a long time ago so maybe some things have changed since then, like the new Caltrac springs and shocks
