Just wondering if any one can look at the interval times vs the time slip info and see if everything jives or if the car is falling somewhere.

Please disregard the first pass.

its been a while since I was running those numbers, but I remember my old Demon ran 10 teens at 132 or so. But it was a small tire deal and best 60 ft was a bout 1.42. I would say your 60 is very nice for the times you are running and the car is working great.

youre biggest change is in the 60 , from 1.404- down to a 1.36?
all the rest seams to be closer even when the 60 is off,
even tho the 60 at the best you have is still no faster in the 1/4 that that of the worse ,

I was stating that cause my chally picked up 27mph and my dart picks up 27mph and they were a second apart N/A..

I guess I was just thinking that given the 1/8 mile times maybe it was losing something after that.

I know I need to do something with the 4 link and perhaps add a rear sway bar to level it out but my focus on TnT nights has been with the girls cars. Sometimes I don;t even get to make a single pass with mine.

Maybe I just need a track rental with someone that knows how to set up a chassis

These are the idea increments for a 131.5 mph run. Looks pretty close to what you are doing.

24mph back half isnt out of the ordinary for a 10.00-10.30 ish car. A car as lite as yours I'd expect maybe 25-26mph, but your not out of the realm of reality at all. 27mph back half is a strong pulling car, or a bigger motor. When you see 27 mph on the back, its typically a 500" or larger motor. I'd say overall its pretty noraml, and not knowing your camshaft, gear and converter, I'd not be too concerned with it. Your incrementals show a failry consistent shift point. The 60' is a significant variance, but not knowing the track conditions, and weather, it may be nothing at all.

For me I am looking at it as a bracket racer .First thing I want to know is the time frames between these runs. be hard to dial the car.with runs like that. I want to know why it pick up and slow down..did the car sit between run 5 and 6.. 10.04 then 10.08 then 10.04 ? looks like something went on out 1/8 -330. 60 ft are the same .? I have to know more info ..like weather ..and what the track was doing. does the car drive around out there ? I thinking rear shocks too stiff ? But I am looking at it to dial it . My car pick up and slow down..but there are reasons why..and I see them and can dial the car for it.

Bill MOST of your issue is the 60'... could be a
multiple of weather, track or both... the 330 tends
to follow the 60'... I would like to see a 25 mph spread
from the front to back half but yours is close... have
you tried jetting.. could be a touch lean

To be more helpful, more than just the DA change that day needs to be considered. The temp, humidity, and just to be sure the the barometric pressure for each run. I have seen what happens when the temp goes down and the relative humidity goes up and the ET doesn't change. And the same for morning til afternoon when the temp goes up, but the relative humidity goes down. You saw a 1200 ft DA swing on the same day, that is a lot.

Also if the car did anything different on a run. Spin, moved side to side (driver steer), etc.

Here's the same log book W/ the weather data....

Here's the times each run was made.

run #2 @ 11:36 PM fri night

All the rest on Sat

Run #3 @ 11:26 AM

Run #4 @ 04:02 PM

Run #5 @ 07:27 PM

Run #6 @ 10:01 PM

Run #7@ 11:02 PM

I know have issues to work out in getting the car to leave based on the last post I made and the videos it looks like it's coming up harder on the left and unloading the tires a little just after the install hook.

I have not as of yet had a chance to make any chassis or jetting changes. Paying to much attention to the girls cars I suppose and ignoring my own.

Bill, something that I've not seen mentioned is the reaction times. They're all over the place. Are you sure you're putting the car in the same place each time? That will effect the 60' times quite a bit (not traveling the same distance each time). The split times are acceptable, but like most of us, the run hinges on the 60' times. Just something else to look at.

I agree Jim, about 2 or 3 weeks ago, we had .2-.3 TENTHS of a second change from morning time trials to evening racing.....and thats not a mis print....everything in the weathe rhas to be considered....its usually a hundreth ( or so) for each 200-330 of density change, but if you are working from just density altitude alone, it wont get you the right dial.....its very critical on the blown top outlaw car, where we have tons of variables that can change.

The incrementals are pretty much inline for a great [chassis/setup efficiency] The second half mph is about 1 mph low though, no biggie. You should be picking up around 25 MPH vs 24 MPH.
My ride picks up 26 MPH witch is about 1 mph high IMO But Im more aerodynamic with my Abody.

You do have traction issues as you already know. I like the input of the DA vs ET, lean vs rich.

Looks to me like there might be a variance in when the clocks are tripped at the 60 ft and 330? Does the front ride high? Real lose? The one slow pass (7?) first thing I thought of was it may not have been straight. I lose a bunch after the 60 ft if the car makes a move one way or the other.
Also, might be a touch off on the tuneup some where to throw the numbers just a bit on the incrementals Vs total ET?
The thought just occurred to me that if you manually shift, a variance in shift rpm might skew the numbers, but the right powerband may average it out. My ETs got more consistent by over .01 when I went to the air shifter. The 1/2 shift came at the end of the wheelstand and I wasn't consistent enough.

The car sits low in the front (actually the whole car is low) and the front end is tight. I tried loosening the front shocks and didn't like how it handled at the top end.

I do manually shift it so I'm sure there is some margin there.

One thing that might provide some info about whether your incrementals are really moving around, or being skewed by what trips the beams would be a fin under the front valance, as low as allowed, even with the front bumper.
Also throws the competition in bracket racing a curve if painted flat black
