Im running an BB mated to a PG with a flexplate/adapter setup.
Do you use loctite on the bolts when assembling?

i use red. when it comes time to remove them, just apply some heat to the bolts & they will come alot easier. stay safe, seeya.

Fred's stuff is to cheap to have the threaded converter lugs.

Just picking on you Fred.

My chevy converters are not threaded either. It's because the converter companies are cheap.

Seriously

This guys is really nice.

My pwr glide converter is threaded to. I use a longer bolt and put a nut on the end, no loctite. On the adapter at the fly wheel, no loctite. I did the last time and had issues getting my allen head counter sunk bolts out. They strip very easy. I just put a new adaptor plate on last week. No loctite. A new adaptor plate kit was 80 bucks.
