I've got some Lucas assembly lube that is green and kind of runny and then I've got some Sta-Lube that is black and thick. That's all I could find at the auto parts stores around here. Both say they contain Moly and Zinc. The engine builder used some thick red stuff on the cam. Which should I use or does it matter? Thanks!
