Lee,

It all depends on what level you are looking for. I live in Chesapeake and I looked around the area but never really found a shop that could do the level I was looking for. There are plenty of places that will lay good paint but I was looking for just a bit more. I found this shop in Greenville, NC which about 130 miles for me, maybe 100 or so from you.

I would check out the site, look up mine under partial restos "Jim's 68 Hemi Road Runner"
Send me a PM and I will give you my phone number and address so you can come look at my car. If that is the quality you are looking for then drive down to the shop and check it out first hand before you decide. Good luck!

Hey Jim,

I'm pretty sure I saw you at the Airport show last year. I'm just looking to have a lower quarter patch panel put on and painted. By the way the car looked great!

Lee,

You're probably thinking of someone else at the airport show. My Runner has not been to a show since the early 90's. You can make a request at the Tidewater Mopar Club website about bodyshops if you are looking for just the panel repair.

The club is having their annual big show in a few weeks, so ask around as see who has been doing the local work.

Depends on what your looking for. If you want a full service, high-end shop, there's the Roger Gibson shop in Richmond, but up here in Gloucester, Ive got a good body and paint guy (Fox's on RT 17) and upholsterer.
