The guys over on the HAMB would be able to narrow it down.
I'd say late 20s to early 30s. Not a Ford.
The 29 Dodge is close, but it looks like the section below the windshield isn't as tall.
The 30 Dodge has more reveals.
They have less stuff on the firewall too.

If the firewall is removable it's a 1932 Ford truck.

If it's welded in it's a 1933 or 1934 Ford truck.
