That sounds correct. I took a sway bar off a 64 Ply to put on my 64 polara that didn't have one and thats how it mounted. I think mine had two mounting holes on each side though.

OK, I think the two holes on the fwd side are for the sway bar brkt's, they seem to line up with the brkt I have. I can't seem to figure out how the bar goes on the car, I know that sounds pretty dumb! It seems it's the wrong bar for a b-body, does anybody have pics of there bar installed.
There are a few different aftermarket sway bar mounting arrangement. Are you using factory sway bar bushing and mounts or aftermarket poly ones with U-strap holders and a sway bar bushing adapter?
Here are the sway bar adapters I used on my factory sway bar when I had the early style K frame/LCA's in my 68 Barracuda. They do away with the 66-69 bushings that are a PITA. But it does make the sway bar sit lower than stock.
Do you have the calipers mounted in the rear. Sometimes you can make that work with the factory calipers but I don't know about the Viper Calipers. Are these AREngineering caliper kits you are using??
What are your plans with this car? You have some great brakes to start with. Do you plan in the future to get some bigger T-bars, sway bars, and wide Z rated tires to keep up with the brakes?

Well it looks like I won't be installing the sway bar. I must have the wrong parts or I am too dumb to figure this out! I thought the bar and lca's were from the same car ('68 RR), or I am still missing some parts. The lca's that I put on the car have the link tabs near the ends of the lca between the lower ball joint and the strut rod (66-69 b-body). I could not find the brtks or hardware to bolt the bar to the k-frame, so I got a set from energy suspension p/n 9.5160G, 15/16" dia greaseable bushings with the brkts. If I put the bar up with the end links first, the holes in the k-frame don't line up the bar/brkts at all, unless the bushings are suppose to be on the bend in the bar? The car is for street/strip use, I had 10" drums on the front and they were not doing the job very well. I also wanted to upgrade from the 273 t-bars and add a sway bar to help handling a little. I also added the lca plates. Some day I will add the bigger tie rods and quicker steering. The calipers are rear hung using ARE mounts, so those are not even in play here.

Yes, those are the holes I've been talking about, I have those in my k-frame. No, I don't have the adapter brkts, and they didn't come with the kit I got. So I guess that means I need more parts for this to go on. If you look at the fsm it does not show the adapter brkts, so I thought the bar just bolted to the k-frame. Thanks for the help.
