Hey guys!

I got the Doctor Diff 10.7" rear disc kit for my Super Bee's 8-3/4 rear and it didn't come with any instructions. No biggie, I could email him, but its the weekend, and there are plenty of people on here that have installed the kit.

Anyway, most of the pieces seem pretty obvious, but I have a couple of questions

1. Which way do I orient the calipers? I believe that the bracket should be installed to orient the caliper to the rear and top, but when installing the caliper, should I have the bleeder on top & the inlet on the bottom, or the other way around?

2. How close to the caliper should I locate the tab that holds the brake hose? Do I want the hose tight, or loose?

Does anybody have some pics of their install from the rear showing this stuff?

Are there instructions for the kit floating around on the net somewhere?

Thanks guys!

A pic is worth a thousand words, even more if they're slurred from a few beverages...

Here are the basics:

1. Caliper brackets bolt in place of the original drum brake backing plates. The sequence of gaskets is unchanged. Caliper brackets face inward and toward rear of car.

2. Install the 5 hole, foam gasket between the caliper bracket and wheel bearing retainer.

3. Mount caliper with bleeder valves facing upward.

4. If needed, install washers between caliper bracket and caliper frame, to center the caliper over the rotor. If you are running snap-ring green bearings, you usually need 1 washer per bolt. If you are running OEM wheel bearings, you may have none on one side and two per bolt on the other side.

5. Mount brake line tab 10" from housing end, level with upper rear housing end studs.
