doing the breaks on my wifes 06 charger sxt disc is loose caliper is off and caliper mount e break seems to be holding it from coming off. was told from service station need to back the e break off but cant find nothing to back it off called dealership 3 times still no help says it should just pull off. oh and the factory assembly line hold on clips are off any help would be apreciaited

Typically rust builds up inside the park drum.Usually there is a small star adjuster inside the rotor.Try turning the rotor and pulling at the same time.Its like when you remove drums that are rusty on the liside lip.Most have a small plug to get at the adjuster.I havent worked on one of those yet but did thousands of rear discs with the same problem.Rocky
