With slightly different offsets and backspacing, it seems like you can only fit about 9" in the front and 10" in the back.

18 HP??? Most SRTs dyno at about 360ish. 472 sounds like 112hp to me but maybe my math is bad.
If it is tuned to 13.2:1 AFR I really recomend adding some fuel to it. Those stock pistons have a very thin top ring land and burn through easily. Shoot for about 11.5. You will probably have to send the tune out and have it redone.

I think the issue here is identifying whether it was 472 at the crank or at the rear wheels. I am guessing the op meant at the wheels.

Yes my numbers are all wheel HP. I would like it a touch fatter as well but no more the mid 12's in A/F any more is just killing mpg. On challenger talk there are people making well over 500hp on dynos and getting out run by stock R/Ts so I know dynos are for making sure your going the right way on the tune. I have been thinking about a ten pound pulley

Please re read the thread... The OP was hammering on me because my car only made 454 RWHP vs his 472 RWHP... I only had the 5.7 R/T... So, in this case, he did spend an extra $10K or so for 18 horsepower and some SRT emblems vs my R/T...
Either way, the car is too lean and his tune is crap... He is going to break it. He doesn't want to fatten it up due to MPG??? Really?? Who buys a SRT and ProCharges it, and then worries about gas mileage?? Now he is talking about a 10 lb pulley...

Your car sounds good! I went 8.08 in the 1/8 last time out on the F1s it came with. I been waiting on Weld to get some wheels made then it's getting drag radials. Prolly won't go back till there on. This challenger is my new muscle, The Valiant is my old Muscle. 541ci, Indy heads, Fast EFI. 1.29 sixty foot and 6.00 at 115mph footbreaking then there's an Avenger Im building from the junkyard up. Those are my main money pits. This Challenger is just my streeter I play with.

Anything fatter then 12.5 is waisted fuel and is just as harmfull as not enough fuel. That unburnt fuel will lift a ring as fast as any other reason. Like I posted, if i could have went richer I would have, but to about 12.8 is all I care to see. But what do I know.
It's just over 1200 miles and a couple weekends at the dragstrip. It's still running fine at 8300 miles. I'll post again at ten thousand miles to see if it is still going. Lmao
no need to rag on my old Challenger as that car is long gone... Until Mopar makes a car that performs rather than an image car, I will have to live with new Brand X muscle....
So, I will leave you to your collector's item.... and tuning it like it is naturally aspirated... Please don't disable the knock sensors, I have a feeling that they are all that is keeping the thing together....

There are not many tuners left out here. The only guy I keep hearing good things about is Brian at Kaltech. He mainly doesn GMs (LS motors) but if iam not mistaken he does everything.

Procharged does a poor job of helping with a tune. It should be a lot closer then what they send.
i couldn't agree more! today we are going to a tune guru here on long isl to correct pro chargers tune! puttin a set of stainless works headers on and guaranteed 500 rwhp..Chris longo has been getting a ton of pro charge cutomers from the co itself..ours made 409 rwhp and u can see the graph either ignition or timeing issue, either way the diablo tune is out the window! should have her done in 2 days..i'll keep u guys posted.
