I assume you are using a Sat hood? There are already some of the holes there, vac hose clip holes for ex. After you get the big hole cut and the various bolt holes that are large and small, the nxt problem you'll run into is the mounting bolt holes for the actuator are not there and they were welded in in the factory. Take your time on this, I've seen it done a bunch of times.
