67-68 are the same except for the Plymouth emblem 69 are completely different.

I am not sure but i think all 3 years are different

All 3 years carry different part numbers.
67s have multiple holes for PLYMOUTH letters.
68s have 3 holes for a Plymouth emblem.
69s have a ridge down the middle.

The hoods might be the same but the header is not.

I'm sure the headers are not the same. You're talking about swapping parts,which might be true. But don't expect a dart header to replace a barracuda header, thats all I'm saying.

There's no split down the middle of a 74 Dart header like the 69 Barracuda has thats connected to the bumper filler panel/section.
