While my 68 Cuda is in Body Shop hell , I found this old beast to play with.
The radiator is from a 58 Cheby and is rotten & leaking
Wheres a good place to find a street-rod style radiator that will cool the 440 that power's the beast ?
Engine is stock , but hairy in this thing
Thanks
Donnie

I would start looking at Summits radiators and fit the biggest one you could into it.

Also, you could do what I did helping a buddy cool his Chevy love with a 327 in it. We measured out the maximum space for a radiator, which side the outlets where on and hit the boneyards looking. We found on from a /6 powered A100 van that was perfect. Problem today is that most, if not all, modern cars use crossflow radiators and that will not work for you, no room.

They say there are no such thing as a stupid question.
They say there is always the exception that proves the rule.
Don't be the exception.

Cross flow radiators also work if you stand them up.

Found some guys , I just gotta remove the radiator , take the grille shell off , mount the shell the way I think would look the best "rattest" then take some measurements .
Looks like Champion Radiator has some universal fit for street rode .
A 3 row is $220................ I could live with that if the measurements work out .

Center the rad in front of the fan.....
Sucke to have it overheat with a new radiator...

I have a Champion made 1932 Ford radiator in my 1931 Ford that the top bracket is half torn/broken off after only 600 or 700 miles on it. Just saw it when I got back from a roadtrip to Santa Maria on Monday. I feel lucky I caught it when I did, it's about to let go and could have flopped an ORIGINAL 1932 Ford shell and insert ($$$$) onto the freeway!!

It did keep the engine cool though!

Yep , I was thinking about dropping it down , and angling it back toward the cowl at the top a little .
The old junkyard radiator in it is too tall , requiring the grille to be mounted too high..
I was hoping the Champion Rads weren't junk
