If it is on the front and has drum brakes you can remove wheel tire and drum as one piece and cut the studs off from the back of the drum.




He has wheel adaptors bolted on so nothing is comming off.

Air saw it length wise and you can split it open with a chisel.




If he grinds the factory studs off the back of the drum then he can work on the adapter more easily. The adapter won't stop him from removing the drum from the spindle.
