It’s been a while so I figured I’d post a quick update.

The original floor was flat and wood, which doesn’t work real well with the 518, so I spent most of the weekend building a new floor and toe board for it.







For now the floor is bolted in, but as there is nothing that will be serviceable by taking the floor off, so I’ll be welding it in. That should keep me busy for a while.
