Jamie you know me better than that ... My cars don't have a lockout rod so I'm good to go.
I betting if someone really had to have the lockout it could be made to work..... But then I was able to put a 518 O/D in an E body without cutting the floor or crossmember over ten years ago & people still say it can't be done....
