Any thoughts to just stamping the louvers in one small patch panel with an inch or two for border?
Sounds like it's full skins only. Things that detract from recouping the full part tooling costs are always a little dicey unfortunately.
Another timeframe update too after discussing these some more... Months will most likely be an understatement. We're looking more like end of next year at best on these.
