Well, its been awhile and I think I slowed the leak to bide some time. I added a small bottle cap of dot 3. Not a lot but after about 500 mile seems to have stopped the leak. Got a price of $900 to change it out so eventually it will have to be done. Probably not a good idea. Now that the brake fluid has swollen the leaking rear main it has also swollen the seals that weren't leaking. Expect to have to replace all the rubber seals now including the valve stem seals. Not smart. The Cummins uses a one piece rear main seal so the transmission has to come out.
