UPDATE:
Took the top off the carb today and replaced the accelerator pump. Additionally adjusted the floats (both were off by a lot; close to a half inch on level and drop). The old accelerator pump diaphragm was almost gone. This would explain the poor pump shot. Car fired right up and run good. I appreciate all the input. Car is fixed. Thanks
