Ok what exactly do you have to do to them to make them work on a truck? Do you have to grind off the steering stop and drill the hole for the strut rod or can you simply swap sides?

Not sure if you can leave the stop and just shorten the strut yet or just cut the stop off..??? But yes you have to drill the holes for the strut bolts...

No other modifications needed other than the strut holes being drilled and the pocket is 2-inches lower than the stock LCA's

hmm sounds pretty good to me that would be the same as 1 ton truck arms but with out the drilling, but you would have to change the ball joint to the correct size? is this correct? is one way lower than the other? or the same seem this is the way to go and pretty cheap too!

You only have to drill the holes for the strut and looks like the stop will have to be cut off.....the ball joint is the same, no reason to change.
I test fit them last night and am planning on installing them today....will take photo's of the install to post.

I found them on eBay Brian tried to find the seller but can't find his info any longer They are the same spec as mentioned in an above post by "coronet1966d" ....We also flipped the front spring perches which gave us a total of about 5" - 6" in drop

The stock shocks work...will be going with heavy duty Monroe gas shocks front and rear....looking at moving the rear shock top mounts closer to the wheels to lessen the angle...will have to figure what length will work and go from there...

From those part #'s you posted they decode to the 3300# LCA (there is also a 3600# available-dont know if only diff is screw in vs press in ball joint)
Shows that they fit 79 thru 97 vans, so plenty of years to hunt for!
Found this info on RockAuto.com.
Your cost on those was a killer deal! Rock wants about that for just one side.

Found this info on RockAuto.com.The B250 5 lug is 3300# front & the B250 8 lug is the heavier 3600# front. The ball joint for the 5 lug is the same for D100-150 The pivot hole is the same too. The 3600# of coarse is bigger in these places requiring drilling the holes for the steering arms in the spindle bigger and the pivot hole in the frame bigger too. The van lca is the way.

The LCA's I used and listed DO NOT require anu modification to the frame mount.....just needs to have the holes located and drilled for the struts...

looks awasome!
the front hanger flip is great
I used that front hanger on the rear to flip the shackle then floped the axle on top of spring
I will be fliping the front and fliping the shackle in the rear also on the 440 truck
I am still up in the air on the pocket lca,I have already took out one with a small tree stump (6" high and 4") round in my buddy yard I did not see
the sway bar just clears a parking stop..I am not sure I want it any lower up front for daily street duty ..already snaped a lower end link off at the nut and needs replaced got that from a pot hole gotta watch the truck traps
I will be looking for the final stance you get when said and done
has any one done the flip flop and flip the front hanger??

Rickster the ones that you have are B250 5lug 3300# these you don't have to drill. The 8 lug ones require all the extra drilling different steering arms. You have to drill the strut rod holes in them all.

That supply may have just dried up. I just found this thread and went hunting for them for my 2wd RC, and I couldn't find those arms.

NM- I found them. Were listed for "Ram Wagon", but you couldn't search that term because they didn't leave a space between "wagon" and "1500" in the listing. The price has gone up almost $30ea, as well...
