Dash lights blink on and off, stay on etc. Runs fine, just annoying. Anyone encounter this and have it fixed? It is one of those intermittent problems that they can't diagnose if it isn't happening at that moment.

Is it the waring lights or instrument panel lights coming on and off?

it is the warning lights, and the speedo /tach die momentarily too, along with the fan for the air. Seems to be a big problem, but very intermittent. I am trying to pattern it. but it seems random.

From what you are describing it sound like an ignition switch. We see a ton of those do goofy things like the lights turning on and off. replace the switch and the connector should cure your problem. ask your local mopar dealer and a good parts guy should know exactly what you need. FYI they are kinda of a pain to solider in those connectors.
