Hi Guys,
I recently bought out an old PPG paint jobber that had been around since the 50's. In limited quantities, I am able to mix & sell OEM dash board textured suede paints and low luster colors using OEM formulas, tints and additives. I can do most colors. This stuff is the real deal. Interested? email me at vintageignition@yahoo.com

What about "Sunfire Orange Poly #60557 suede I believe this would be correct for the burnt orange interior cars. Perhaps moldings and dash cap?? I am uncertain. gomango70@bellsouth.net

Hi Kevin,
The paint is not compatible with vinyl parts. If you have an original pad you can send it in and I will mix dye for you or I can re-dye parts for you.
Thanks Mike

MIke Mancinis custom paints are of excellent quality and extremely easy to use. I purchased some suede textured paint for my dash frame and it is a dead on match with color and texture. You can thin the paint out with a touch of reducer if you dont like the oem texturing. Mike is also restoring my rallye gauge cluster and some other components as well. He is a good guy to deal with and very knowledgeable as well.

If anyone needs an unopened pint of the black suede textured dash frame/steering column paint please pm me. I ordered to much of it and have a pint left over. I ordered it from Mike Mancini so it is the same stuff advertised here. I only have one. This is the correct color for 1970 Cuda dash frame and steering column and is very easy to spray. It is a 1:1 ratio with lacquer thinner. The price is $85.00 S&H included to anywhere in the US.

MIKE,if you did 1/2 pints you'd sell more. mixing 1:1 a 1/2 pint is plenty. your selling way too big of amount for a dash imo. even spraying 2 or 3 coats a 1/2 pint is more than enough.

I sell 1/2 pints. Most people have been ordering pints because they have multiple cars. 1 pint is more than enough for a dash frame and steering column. If anyone wants half pints, no problem.

Mike, is there Dark Parchment available for a 1973 Duster dash, dash pad and column? Could it be used to dye a steering wheel? Thanks, Dave.

Hi Dave,
Yes Dark Parchment is a color I can mix. It would be for the dash and column. The pad would need to be dyed. I dont think it would work on the steering wheel itself. It would prob need to be topcoated with a clear coat to withstand the abuse and the clear may change the color slightly. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks Mike
